Looks like it might be circa-'65. The little black model/serial number plate that's visible in your picture, at the back of the port-side transom clamp, will have the model # you'll need to figure out the exact year.

The beauty of these motors is the simplicity of them and the interchangeability of parts from year to year. A little expensive on fuel but cheap to own and maintain these motors.
