TOPIC: ATTN: LONE STAR Boat Experts

I've found yet another LONE STAR big/open UTILITY/RUNABOUT with the serial number of: 54610386. - It has a tag that indicates that it is a MEDALLION.

Does anyone KNOW how to read a Lone Star serial number & tell me what YEAR of MANUFACTURE that the hull is, so that I can get the "bonded title" to reflect the correct date??
(The current Texas registration has a date of manufacture that is >10 years AFTER both Lone Star & Chrysler Marine were out of business.)
