After months of chasing parts, machine work, paint, rebuilding lower unit and starter, I got my bearcat running today. I posted a short video on Youtube:

It will be going on a completely restored 1969 Boston Whaler Nausett, that looks like it just came out of the factory. I will post photos when Bearcat is mounted!
