I have a 65 40hp seahorse. How hard is it to convert it form a 20" shaft to a 15" to fit my Renken. Serial # is RKL-27A

shorten the water tubes and shift linkage, the hardest part is to find a short drive shaft, i am doing the same conversion on a 1967 big twin 40 hp rude. if you get more info please post it as it may help me. greg
