Check www.acbs.org and look for the listing of local chapters. There is a USA and Canada map which you can click upon the area of interest and find local chapters.

I have no idea where Eagle Mountain is located but there is a group called the Eagle Mountain Classic Boat Club: www.emcbc.com

Also look at local chapters of the Antique Outboard Motor Club www.aomci.org
