We'll be looking for something like that in a few years. The wife and I are planning to do the Great Loop as a retirement trip.

from everything i have, its a 62. I have no proof, the title reads 72 which is the year of the previous engine. i believe its a 1962 AT Dart now has a 63 Merc 350. it was a blast on day 1. found some issues i need to address, floor will need to be done. It appeared solid but after walking and jumping around on and off its showing its age and cracking. also engine trim, it shoots water back in when on a plane. not huge projects hopefully i can "Creek Cruise" this year and address it in the winter. I have 2 other boats that take up alot of time too.

so far I'm looking forward to toying around this year

i think your water issue with the motor is that i looks like you have a long shaft motor on a short shaft boat. It shouldn't be that far down in the water.

The motor pictured with all the Kiddos in it was a newer Merc 45hp. Now it has a 62 Merc 350(35hp) Short Shaft, I am going to play with the pin, right now its down almost as low as it will go and planes immediately, I might be able to "trim up" a bit and help that some.
but I am always open to suggestions
