Rather than just replacing a cracked TaylorMade windshield, I had a custom vent fabricated, cutting out the bad area. Came out well for same price as a replacement with no vent.

Had it done by Allied Plastics out of Toledo, OH. They do good work on boat windshields and the owner restores his own fiberglass boats. He is doing an old (1966?) Sea Ray right now.

That looks really good, like it was made that way, and a great idea and option for saving a cracked windshield.
