TOPIC: Next year's boat project

Next year's boat project 6 years 1 month ago #137991

The old MFG ('71?) we picked up a few years ago because Gail thought it was cute. Been stored out in the weather with a cover ever since, but today moved under our carport. (Carport is now empty because we sold our fiberglass trailer.) Still working on my new hot rod, but will be retired in 6 weeks and can get a lot more done.

Will keep y'all posted as I move ahead with it next year. Gonna clean it up and polish it first, that's cheap to do. Need seats, steering system and my old merc 40 hp rebuilt, which should happen over the winter.

Continually cash limited :) but love old boats and motors!

Frank

You'll be so busy that you will wonder how you had time to go to work.

Cool! That is an MFG Carefree. Made from 1967-1978. Came from Crestliner from when MFG owned Crestliner. Crestliner model name was Mustang.
