TOPIC: Boat ID please

Could anyone please ID the make and model of this boat?

It has some pronounced distinguishing features, the recessed centre section of the bow, and a Carolina flare almost forming a gutter running from the bow around the helm, and dropping off on the gunwale to the stern. From the front the hull looks like a mono, but at the transom the hull isn’t flat or forming a V, and seems almost catamaran like. On the sides are “Coast Guard” cast logos.

Someone has suggested that the front is very reminiscent of the American Marc Stardust / Craig Spitfire or Australian Haydon Hydrodyne, but the rear is different, no fins, perhaps suggesting it is a later 70s era boat?
The boat is located in South Africa
