Very little fuel is getting through this tank pick up. What solvent should I use and how do I get into the plugged valves, etc? I tried soaking the valve body in regular ethanol gas, pressing in the 2 pins to try and get gas inside. After a couple hours soaking, a few blackish drops came out, but it's still mostly plugged. Thanks?

Spray some Gummout carb cleaner in wherever you can and let it sit . It should break up what ever is in there. You may want to blow it out with compressed air once it's been soaking for a while if you can.

Hello Gkopan,

I suggest pulling that valve off the tank. Check the pickup tube and tank as they are more than likely fouled up too. Soak in a container with solvent and clean out the tank.
If the tank is rusty inside it can be relined with Kreem.
