I know it won in the non wood category but doesnt this boat have a lot of wood in it ? I was under the impression that it was mostly wood that was covered with fiberglass ?

The hull, sponsons and deck are all hand laid FGRP using female molds.
Floor, stringers and transom is wood encapsulated in glass.

Thanks,
Terry

Congrats Richard!

A G3 with a Tower of Power looks like it is flying while still tied to the dock
