TOPIC: new member hello

Howdy! New member ricardo here, from Seattle. I'm picking up a new-to-me 1961 Glasspar Seafair Sedan this weekend. It's mid-restoration now, totally disassembled. Looks mostly complete, just taken apart. The boat just had the transom and floor rebuilt at a local fiberglass shop but needs complete topside paint, reassembly, wiring and an engine. Step one is to reassemble the hull and assess parts and materials before taking it apart to complete the restoration. My plan is to replace my modern fishing boat with this one when complete. I average about 400 hours a year on my current boat, so will almost certainly repower with a new 4-stroke for fuel economy and reliability. I just cleaned out my shop so time to fill it back up! I'll post pics as I go in the projects section... should be an adventure.
