Here we have the new seat frames installed, you can see where we removed the rotten core and filles in with corebond( blue material ) which is now covered in glass.

We have the new floor in here, I don't have pics of the stringers but they originally went from side to side we decided to go from front to back.

The boat is now MUCH stronger than original so it's time to start the body work. Flipped over and clean 50 years of gunk off the bottom

it's now sanded and ready to paint, 100's of hours of sanding but we got through the crazed gel.

now she's flipped over, you can see where the well is back in which was out to gain access to replace transom. We filled over 400 holes in the top side..

It's glassed in from the bottom side and Cabosil ( sp ? ) was used to fill in the void from the top side, then lots of sanding ;)
