TOPIC: Progress on the Redfish

Progress on the Redfish 14 years 7 months ago #6204

Stringers and Transom cutout and I'm itching it's a good day, anyone have any advice I'm listening, someone on here suggested Oak for the new stringers sounded good to me? is there a preference on which goes first Transom or stringers? I didn't want to cutout the Glass on the transom but I found a terrible patch job that I wanted to redo. Air chambers any thoughts I hate to leave that storage space unused?

I would put in the transom first to tie the boat back together; a good grade plywood laminated with resin and mat should work. Make sure to keep the out side glass flat and level and u'll save time fillin and blocking; I learned that the hard way.
