John,
are you talking about just the screws or the little brackets ?
like the ones Ron pictured?
here is a picture of the little brackets, i can go see if its still there.
can you tell me if you can get to them under the dash?

ron and ken thanks for the quick responce, but my windsheild is set up differently,it has a channel (the white strip at the bottom)that the bolts go through, there are no brackets,i guess i will have to take it all apart to see what they look like,im just runing out of time.
im just guessing but they probably have a square head so that they dont turn when you tighten the nuts on them.john

ok, sorry i misunderstood what you are looking for
probably just a plain T bolt like in moldings for cars.
if all else fails could just take a regular bolt and grind down the head to fit?

Those are t-bolts John. Brian Lawson just bought a bunch of them somewhere for the rub rail on double-wide, his 18' Power Cat. Man o man is that thing double wide! Whew!

See ya soon buddy!

John - Lowes doesn't them. You can buy them on line at www.rockler.com . I've been buying 5/16" x 1.5" Check your bolt, they have smaller. Also, you need to pull the lower gasket and check to see if it uses T-bolts. I WILL check my Manta Ray windshield tonight to see what that uses. Been so long that I took it off, and so many boats ago, I can't remember.

John - Attached are photos of my CC windshield that goes with the Manta Ray to Doug Young. Most definately you need T-bolts, but smaller than I've been buying for the Power Cat rub rail (5/16 x 1.5). I didn't back one out, but I'd guess smaller than 1/4" and maybe 1.5" long. I'd check www.rockler.com and buy a couple of sizes and return what you don't need.

FWIW, the bolts on my Aqua Ray are 1-1/2", #8 (stainless with steel washers and nuts). Could you use a regular machine screw and trim 2 sides of a washer to make it a pseudo t-bolt?

John: Here is what you need. These are the official tee-type bolts used for your application. See past post included.

Be a little careful. The ones I got with the Taylormade windshield for my Tomahawk are NOT stainless. Used them anyway and covered them with silicone sealant.
