Bill was nice enough to let me adopt this beauty as long as I promised to give it a good home. Of course I will!!!

He had scavenged some of the wiring off of it, and mentioned that it might have an issue with reverse. Search the serial number in Merc Outpost and you will run across the previous posts for what he did to it.

Just need to get it re-wired and back into fighting shape so that I can put it on the 63 Lone Star Triton. My big question is if I should try to scavenge the wiring from my 1965 1000 with a lower unit in re-build mode, or just find what I need elsewhere.
