Dave, I do not have any pics. Since the site changed I can not load pics to it. The motor is green and white, has good comp, and spark. I did not try to start it. I want to sell it so I can get a long shaft motor for my fishing boat. I will try to post pics this week end. Frog

Hi Greg,
They were, and are popular today as an old outboard. If you go the the About Us page of our website: fergusonpoolemarine.com/aboutus.html
you can see my father in 1955 "posing" with one.

Best,
Joe

My son run's one on a 1963 Mirro Craft 14ft. 29.5 mph GPS. His Mark 20 runs 27 MPH. Same boat.
Not anchor like. The early Merc two hole motors (KG7/KH7/Mark 20/25) Scream.
And they look super cool to boot.

Nice motors and performance. Love that red and off white color (sorry I don't know what to call that color. What year is the 25E? Do those have full FNR controls available? If so, Single lever or dual lever?

I would say 1956. they were made in 56 and 55. the 55 had a swing starter the 56 had a Bosch Bendix drive thus the hump on the rewind. the face plate on the red pic would be latter and not correct for the electric start models. still a nice motor.
