any of the shiney metal covers from 65 up will have correct features stamped in and sill fit. You can get the correct decals from nymarine.com so you don't have to look for a 65 you can make one from may available years right up to 74. If you don't care about exactness, any in-line 6 faceplate will fit as long as it has the same lower knob as yours.

Thanks Randy, I'll check into replacements. Question though, how would the decals be applied? It looks like there is a clear covering over the letters. Does that get removed prior to putting on the decals? Not sure about the clearcoat. I'll have to look at it again when I get home.

nymarine has the clear plastic center emblems and the decals. Get new ones, if they look right, remove the old stuff using a heat gun to soften the adhesive, I'd repaint the black areas of your faceplate too, it'll look near new. Sounds like your faceplate is in decent shape it's just the decals and center emblems that are bad, that is not unusual.
