Here is a run down of my Mercs that I'm thinking to liquidate out...
It will leave me with my 1500, 1150 parts motor, and a 850 ..and my 500 on my tri hull
I would like to offer them whole if at any way possible and some thing the two parties can agree on....if not piece out will be the way...
I actually thought about putting the 650's n my basement when i finish it....

if you live near me and interested in a whole unit let me know ... but i just don't have the room for these + too many irons in the fire already !!!

looking to sell the below Merc's and items:

MERC 650 Ser # 2108797
Turns over low psi on all 4 - good lower and mid section - swivels easily - long shaft - i did have spark - but last I checked didn;t
Lower and mid good shape .. 2 blade prop ... ?? think there is a control box w/ key

MERC 650 Ser # 1897771
Pulled from my Tahiti project was told it ran when seller bought it ( ?? don;t know)
No checks done, except to check to see if it would turn over and it does do that
Wrap looks as if it may have been redone once decal looks pristine still
Believe this to be that of a Short shaft with long shaft conversion...as above pulled never messed with
Chip in skeg - 3 blade prop control box w/o key but I beleive the one from above worked ..so would have to get a set of keys made...

MERC 1000 Ser # 1758106 - ($100 deep in this one)
Rough
Swivel froze tried to free no luck...Have another mid section for it
Motor was stuck did loosen and oil, can turn by.
No PSI tests done .... have control box can't remember shape this one has external cables those cut off

MERC 800 Ser # 5007838 -
NO Block
Midsection - Flywheel
Ignition components - Crank - rods N bearings
Cowl wrap top
frame that goes around the power head to support the cowl and pieces

MERC 850 SER# 4725338
Last had it running in 2010 in the fal
Wrap top rough
Purchased as a non runner - cleaned up wiring and got it running
I will probably be keeping the lower unit for my other 850 which has a chewed up skeg....

MERC 500 SER# 4709574
Picked up on way home from looking at boat
$200 deep in this one, but it is same model as on my 15' tri so I didn't think to much
2 low Cylinders - checked spark none - course was lying on the ground could be why !!
Good mid -skeg good -

So that is a run down of what i have ... wish i could let go as whole but thinking parting will be the way.
All should be Fresh water - only unsure on is the 2 650 listed, that boat was last titled in Michigan.

In box or Email me if interested ..i won't due anything with control boxes unless I know 100% that I'm parting the motor.. kind of ignorant I supposed but about the time i sell the box someone will want the motor w/ control...i will do my best to answer questions and feel free to make any offers .. not looking to make money just to get some of what I have in them back and use towards my Tahiti project in the spring !!

Boy, what I wouldn't give for a 1250, 1350 or 1500. I can tell ya what my wife would give me - a black eye! Ow, honey, that hurts!

Seriously, lemme know. I could trade in my '63 1000, it runs great, plus I got a barrel full of spare motor parts that could go with it...

Frank I don;t have any of those motors you are wanting available.
1500, 1150 parts motor, and a 850 ..and my 500 ...these are ones that I will still have, the 150hp will be used on my Tahiti project.

thanks

I know the 80hp went to a good home
I sold one of the 850's I had ...

the 650 that was on the Tahiti wants to run... tested PSI and she's getting fuel .. will pop but just wonn't go .. not sure if it the position of the distrib or a little blockage in the fuel system
