Hi All.
I had a very pleasant and eye-opening experience today when I was the deliverer of a Heimlicht maneuver to a fellow coworker who got something clogged up in her windpipe today. When I say Pleasant I mean that we had a good and positive result. The issue is that neither I or the other 4 people in the room had any formal training in Heimlicht or CPR or anything along those lines. The only thing we have have is the good fortune to have Lisa live another day. Please get your company or your school or your golf course or whatever to arrange a CPR training seminar. Many thanks in advance.

Way to go. I did the same in 2005. Saved my wife's life. We were in a restaurant and she choked. The place was packed. When my wife started choking, no one moved, not even the staff. Thank God I had had the training. Scared me half to death.

Saving a life is the most rewarding thing you can ever do. Everyone should have CPR and Heimlich training.
