TOPIC: western pennsylvania elk herd

here is a site about the elk herd in Pa.its in and near benezette ,Pa.we take the campers up there every year to see them,they are compleatly tame in the watch areas,you can walk right up to them,but i dont recomend doing it,especially when the bulls are in rut,in the fall,they are compleatly unpredictable.
but if you love wildlife like i do,then its a great place for a vacation just to see these beautiful animals.
these are roosevelt elk,enjoy the video.

in this series is a famous non-typical bull with the name crazy legs 2,afew years back we were fortunate enough to see (probably)his daddy the original crazy legs,what a huge bull with huge antlers.

ron,bring sue up and we will take you there,its amazing,they lay right along the road in town,so close yo can almost touch them just by reaching out the car window,we take our campers but there is a motel and a house in town that the store rents out,it would be fun ,john

maybe next year john. i'm tied up with this garage project. hopefully getting the permit today if they receive the new truss drawings. ron
