Craigslist 5 dollar oil tank
Handle made out of the top netting tubes of a trampoline.
crappy old, home made boat trailer
a 120V welder, some cut off wheels
some scrap metal laying around
and 150 or so dollars for nuts, bolts, hinges, grating, and fire box.
It's not done, not pretty, but functional !

BTW... I know someone will comment on the short shorts, but I do a bit of running, and that's all I have.
