FYI: I talked to "Billy" at 2244 hrs (EST), 27FEB15 & he told me that he has the title to the trailer, NO title to either the hull or OB motor AND the hull, according to him, is TRASHED & "coming apart".
(The RDS-20, he said, does have compression & is NOT "stuck". - It hasn't been run in a long time.)
