Ouch! I got my running 1961 Merc 50 hp for $400 and it came with a big rolling stand.

Speaking of overpriced outboards, check this one out: http://southbend.craigslist.org/bpo/4932323542.html . 1957 Johnson 10 hp for $1200, but wait, it comes with the pressurized gas tank!

dlatshaw,

Methinks that that price has ONE or possibly TWO too many Zeros.

My RDS-20 (Which at least here in TX isn't easy to find) was COMPLETE & running & I got it cheap with all the "goodies".

yours, satx
