Never heard of this battery manufacturer, but it looks like they are big in industrial applications and alternative energy. Didn't find much info on the C&D website for the indicated model - DCS-100ST

I usually wouldn't look at a battery like this, but an AGM under $100 sounds good. I also need 2-3 batteries right now, so the price is right. Looks like C&D has a factory in Milwaukee, so that is where they probably came from vs "falling off a truck" somewhere.

If anybody knows anything about these I would appreciate some info. I would probably be using these to turn my Merc towers, so what is the CCAs needed to keep them happy? If everything is up and up, seems like a good deal on a quality battery.

Got a reply from the seller, and the batteries are around 650 CCA. They are factory 2nds that cannot be sold at retail due to cosmetic reasons or being in stock too long to be sold as new.
