TOPIC: 1960 Thunderbird ?

Hi All, I am thinking of picking up this boat in the spring. Was told it is a 1960 Thunderbird Navajo owner said that's what's on the title. Just can't find any info on a 1960 Navajo many 58 and 59's but as you can see the seating is not like the 58 and 59 ones. Any help on this boat

She looks like a Navaho but has a solid bulkhead and no moulded seats.... I'm thinking it's longer than a Navaho and is a Blackhawk model They were listed as a 19'er. there have been a few come up for sale in the past few years - in WA and NY.

Thanks that's it. she is a bit over 18 feet and I think the navaho's were 16 feet plus had the molded in seats in them. Now that I think of it the bow hatch on this boat is painted in the non slip paint with the bumps in it but has an outline of a bird in the center in smooth paint. So the bird must be the Blackhawk you can't see it in the pic I posted but I saw it when I look at the boat. Yea don't see many of them come up for sale. This one is in good shape and the guy was putting a just redone 90hp Merc on it and taking off the 150hp Merc that's on it now. Way over powered with that 150 on it for me. Thanks

The Thunderbird "Bird" in in plain finish surrounded by non skid was on the bow of other 50s models as well. On the Chief model the "bird" was in the skid finish.
