Looks to be a 1962 Penn-Yan Allseas A20 hardtop. Very rare...can't find one on the internet anywhere. Comes with vintage 100 HP Evinrude. Located in South Carolina.

A mess is an understatement. So is the boat. That would be a really long restore job. Penn Yan made really good boats. I almost went to work for them in 1989 as plant manager, but what they were offering as salary was less than half of what I was making when I retired as a Coast Guard Officer.
