Shake,

Pardon me for pointing out that I've had MUCH better looking hulls than that buried at the county landfill.

I agree SATX, just another one of those antique stores thinking they got something there, which they do, after about 6 to 10k worth of parts, time and materials. Give it time, it's big and bulky, they will soon come to their senses.

Dude should have taken your money and loaded it up for you. People just don't realize how many of these things are out just sitting around. Once you start looking seriously, you quickly realize that "rare" is a matter of opinion. Rotted boats are a dime a dozen - I should know, I have a pasture full of them.

Bruce Gerard,
'
I know where at least a half-dozen better/nicer boats (on good trailers) are just "sitting around" SA for 100.oo or less.
(Fyi, I know where a SOLID but "needs cosmetics" 17ft Glastron with a running 85hp Evinrude is for sale for 175.oo complete. - Hasn't sold in nearly a year at that price.)

Frankly, I'm "little impressed with" Redfish boats, as they are Glastron "knock-offs".
(I learned to ski behind a Shark, with MK58.)

yours, satx

Mark S,

I'd bet that I can find you a bed down here in SA, if you decide to show up.

I wrote the gentlemen an e-mail telling him he is sorely mistaken with his price range. They wrote back and thanked me they just honestly didint know if it was worth anything and where trying to figure out market value. It might come down or go away in the next few days. Maybe someone will make something usefull of it!!!
