John,I'm about 2 hrs away from it. It's close to the NC/ Virginia border. For that price,I bet it's nothing but a shell but I can check on it for you. jim

Wasn't that long ago we were saying the same thing about classic cars. Now if you see one in any condition they are gold. I bought an 18 year old Chevy back in 1975 for $100. 86k original miles 283, 411 posi, towing package, 3 on the tree with overdrive. I turned it for $250 and thought I did well for an old 57 Chevy.

I can almost promise you it will need a transom, stringers, and sole guys. (Haven't seen it in person, but most of the time poor drainage and unsealed transom holes take their toll IMHO). That being said, the windshield, hardware, and decent hull with trailer are well worth the price if you don't mind taking on a major project. Wish I was in good enough shape to handle another one, I'd be all over it! Just my two cents worth, which is worth about half of that! :laugh:
