TOPIC: 1964? Lonestar Fleetwood I/O Q's

I recently acquired this 1964? Lonestar Fleetwood and i'm having a really hard time getting any info other than the brochure on this site. Needing some dash parts ( speedo ), it's got the kiekhaufer mercury 150 H.P. engine in it. Need some tune up parts, t-stat etc. The mercury site, or any other i've tried won't accept the engine SN i'm guessing all is probably obsolete. Any direction would be appreciated.

pics and model/serial numbers will help the gang out tremendously. There are also several suppliers who have accounts or advertise on this forum that are quite good at getting parts for very old motors.
