I just bought a new (to me) 1974 Mercruiser Silverline Aqutica. I have looked online & haven't been able to find much info on them. Anybody know where they are made or anything else. It seems like a pretty good boat, well made & very sea worthy. Mine has the Mercuiser 165 HP I6 & runs great. I am attaching some pictures of the outside, the inside needs work so I have pretty much gutted it.

I had a 70 Evinrude Explorer, same concept. You will get weird looks where ever you go.Not sure if they can't believe their eyes or can't believe you can have fun with something like that. You have one of the all time best engines ever made.
