TOPIC: boat wont start

1973 Glastron Sportster 156 with a 1976 Evinrude 40 HP outboard, took the family out last Saturday to enjoy the boat and water weather sat in the middle of the lake so my son and daughter could fish went to start the boat to move it and,,,,,,,, nothing Figured maybe neutral safety switch? Battery is charged power to the motor but the motor is not engaging or trying to start when the key is turned like I said nothing can anyone please help me?

Captain-billy bob gave me a suggestion that worked it was a fuse on the motor boat runs again can't wait till Saturday to get back on the water thank you so much😀
