Looks like it says Larson on the sides of the boat.

Yup, sure looks like Larson - as in Larson Boats of Little Falls, MN

had one just like it, same color, 65 merc, larson XL5, it lives in florida now. the seats were not made for a fat guy, so i sold it. frog

that was the Larson version of a of G3 made by Glasspar. Not the early style made up until 67.

I like that 135 on the front cover too! (Only 10 HP bigger than the Starflite is supposed to have, but if we beef up the transom on the rebuild........LOL)
