TOPIC: 1976 Customer Designed Arrow Glass

I bought this boat with the intention of taking the motor off for another project, but since then my wife and I have taken it out 4 times and it really is a nice boat. Everything works on it!!
I am not used to that on a boat. The fuel guage, radio, spot light.

So this is my dilemma, it has a great running Evenrude 135 that is original. I took it to the local boat dealer after I bought it and he tuned it up and even remarked on how clean the old boat was.

So do I sell it whole and not tear apart a classic, or do I take the motor and sell the rest.

How much is she worth whole and lake ready, and how much is she worth without a motor?

Let me get this straight. You bought a classic that everything works correctly on, and you didn't have to spend a ton of money, or long hours in a garage, and to top it off your WIFE likes it.

Either you are missing the big picture here, or you are straight up lying to us. This just doesn't happen in real life.

Okay here's what you should do. First off start enjoying the boat. And second off call Ripley's Believe it or Not. They will defiantly want to hear about this. (Remember to tell them the part about your wife)

That is one sweet boat, and a bullet proof outboard.

I am envious. And congratulations on the deal of the century.

Average price of old boats are usually the value of the outboard. Boats have little value, and trailers have some value but not a whole lot.

Check your local Craig's List to do a price comparison.

But if you wanted a good boat, and you now have one. I see no reason to sell it. You would spend a small fortune to replace it with a newer one, and still not be any farther ahead.
