See attached photo, it was before I started cleaning and polishing and its a lot less noticable now, but its still there. Would I have to wet sand it down and recoat it to get rid of this?
I put a quarter next to it so you can get an idea of scale.
Its mainly on the bow area, which naturally is exposed to the most sunlight.

Sunlight and flexing. Does this one have a clear coat? If not it looks like gelcoat failure - usually revealed as crazing but in this case these little cracks. Nothing you can to short of a total refinish.
