How is your transom. I believe that the 19 has foar in the floor. and I am not sure what the stringers are made of. I have a 17 that has a half fiberglass and half wood transom. fiberglass stringers and no foam in the floor. If you have foam it could be water logged and it will never dry out.Does the boat seem to be overly heavy. if so it could be a hint that the foam is waterlogged. Lots of info on this site. just ask questions.
