TOPIC: Glasspar Identification Request

Glasspar Identification Request 14 years 5 months ago #9920

Hello,

I have acquired a Glasspar boat for free at a yard sale. The serial number on the tag on the left side of the boat reads as what appears to be "286752 99 0010". I am having a hell of a time trying to find out exactly what this boat is. I am trying to get ownership of it so that I may begin to start salvaging it. A 1966 40 horse Johnson came with it, set up but is currently soaking. The closest image I can find to this boat is here , starting in what appears to be from '65+. Actually, I'll upload the pictures off from my phone and put the links up.
I am trying to figure out the year, make, model, and any other information out there on boats that you may wish to provide to me.
This is my first boat, it appears to be a classic which makes me want to work on it some more.

Thanks Fellers!

-Zain

guys when you putting a picture in your post, to begin with it helps if the "size" of them is -around- 800x600 JPG, next the thing the system needs is it to be on your computer.. then you just put the cursor on a blank line, which then you can hit "center" in the top text bar and zip down to the "Select image file to attach"...hit browse.... find the JPG on your computer hit "Select" and then click -[Image]- which it should put it between -center- or on the line where you left the cursor...

just hit post, after it posts..hit edit and repeat to add more pics.

hope this is helpful, once your in like flin you can post and view pictures, there no one -level of what you can do ounce your a "member" registered user
