Hi Guys, Looking at recent posts,I reailize
I have the space issue with frame.New shocks,
no old shocks to get the spacers off of.Will using
longer bolts and washers do the trick.

rick, yes that will work. but I would go to a auto parts store and check out there catalog for shocks, they do make a selection of spacers and mounting bolts, they maybe able to order just what you need. good luck frog

If you have the correct shock . That is one with the top and bottom of the shock having the round ends. You can make you own spacers very easily. Black gas pipe sold at any hardware store is the right OD and very close to the right ID. Just take one of your bolts to the store find the right seize that it fits in buy a long enough piece and cut two . I am pretty sure they are one and three quarters long.
