Well I now have two trailers that could use the help of Speedi Sleeves on the axles. Their website is good and has a nice app to find the correct size. Just wondering, those of you that have bought these, is there any advantage to shopping around the web for a better price, or best to just go with a purchase direct from SKF?

(I see a winter project coming up here)

norm, get a stainless steel speedie sleeve, they do make plain steel ones but you will get a rust ring on it on the outside of the seal. and the rust will work it's way onto the sealing surface. hope I didn't confuse with that. frog

I think stainless would be best too. No sense in using less. Wouldn't want to do the job again in a few years.

I'd shop around, but since you are not up in Canada (where for some reason the price is twice or three times as in the US), I think the price is relatively consistent. I recently bought 2 for my drive and prop shaft.
