TOPIC: Crosby Capri emblem

I'm hoping you Crosby gurus can help me out again. I've seen a couple chromed/metal "Capri" emblems(script)on the dash of a few restored Capris. I think I saw one on "Madprops". Do these exist anywhere or are they being customed made? I would love to get my hands on one.

thats not a stock item, its just some bling I bought from an auto scrapper on ebay

capri is the search word .........

the rear view mirror is stock on the Capri but , you wont find one easily, if at all, the 59 Crosby Capri dash is modeled after the 57-58 Corvette dash so I bought a dash mount mirror from a 1958 Corvette of course,

Give this guy a shout. He priced up some Crosby emblems for me in either aluminum or SS. Good luck.

Did your emblem have posts? If so, how did you adhere it to the dash? Cut off and glue or did you drill through and attach somehow?

Brian yes it did have posts and the nylon sleeves that squash as its inserted, I drilled the dash and pressed it in place

do you have the black plastic "Crosby " emblems that are on the rear sides of the hull

Yes, I have the plastic Crosby emblems for the hull. They're in pretty good shape.
